Co-op Place Evaluation and System Improvement

T2SR was engaged to review the current state of organization and operations and development implementable solutions and recommendations.  Three event types were identified - Major Events, WHL Hockey and General Operations (Dark Days).  The process mapping phase identified 241 tasks/actions/functions and were the basis to build the current state RASCI. The Future State recommendations were supported with a Multi-Party Service Level Agreement with the Internal Service Providers.  The  primary project deliverables were the following:
