T2SR Consulting Inc. was retained to review three components of the Village of Kitscoty’s asset management program:  

1) Decision Optimization Technology (DOT) Capital Renewal System software, 

2) The Village of Kitscoty Asset Management Policy (AM 0002), and 

3) The Kitscoty Asset Management Plan 2019-2028.
