• Guide and support four internal departments (Water, Storm Water, Waste Water and Roads) to create the following documents for each group:
• Level of Service
• Risk Management
• "Whole Life" Lifecycle Costing Forecasts
• Updated current asset replacement costs
• Create renewal and sustainable financial forecasts and spending ratios
