State of Asset Management Review
T2SR Consulting Inc. was engaged by the Village of Cumberland to develop and implement an asset management action plan. The proponent created a State of Asset Management (SOAM) maturity analysis unique for the Village of Cumberland. Senior Management staff answered a series of questions during a meeting hosted by T2SR Consulting Inc.A set of recommendations were developed from analyzed data and key improvement areas were identified with a short, medium and long term time frame for resolution.

Asset Management Policy No. 3.6
T2SR Consulting Inc. was engaged by the Village of Cumberland to develop an asset management plan that focused on natural, living and engineered infrastructure and recognized the relationships with the adjacent First Nations landowners. The policy was adopted February 14, 2022.
